We require you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time so that we can complete your consultation prior to your treatment.
Late arrival for any appointment may reduce treatment time.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred unless 24 hours notice is given otherwise payment in full is required. This also applies to no shows.
If a payment by card needs refunding there will be a fee of £5 to cover transaction costs
We may require pre payment to secure a booking.
Please be advised that on some occassions it is not possible to treat clients who have been unwell or have been diagnosed with a medical condition. We may need to ask for a doctors note before we can carry out certain treatments.
If you are pregnant, massage cannot be administered in the 1st trimester or after 38 weeks and amendments will be made to all other treatments during pregnancy.
Anyone age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
A patch test is required 24-48 hrs prior to any tinting or lash lifting treatment.
If you have sensitive skin or are concerned with trying a new treatment a patch test prior to the treatment is always recomended.

Sandals are required to wear home after a pedicure to avoid spoiling nail paint.
Avoid hot showers, baths, exercise, heated treatments and products on the treated area for 24 hours following waxing.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, online or in salon.
2. Gift Vouchers can be used against full or part-payment of any treatment only.
3. Gift Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer, lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be re-issued.
4. Part refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers for use against further treatments, the expiry date of your voucher will not be extended.
5. Cash refunds for vouchers are not available, this does not affect your statuary rights.
6. The Gift Voucher or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of booking and payment.
7. Barkham Beauty Rooms reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the voucher at any time
8. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment, if we do not receive notice we may use the value of your voucher against your booking.
